maybe you should sit down and talk with her and ask her how she feels if you assume to much it could come off as an insult if you dont assume enough you will always wonder for the simple fact that you are married could be the reason that she is not coming straight out with you COMMUNICATION!!!

And what would you feel like if this was your wife writing this letter about the hansome guy at work? Would not feel very good would it?
Office romances can still get you or her of both of you fired. Especially if you do something then decide not to do it anymore and in anger she accuses you of sexual advances or taking advantage of her because you are a supervisor or superior to her, can you just imagine what will happen at work and then with your family when they are told? You will lose everything, every single thing you care about. Plus dont ever try to get another job somewhere, because you will never get a good recommendation.
Keep away from this woman...PERIOD..

Some women go for married guys because they present a "challenge", in the same way that some girls in high school go after guys that are already in relationships - they like to create drama by enticing a guy away from his current mate. It isn't necessarily you she wants, she wants the challenge of seeing if she can "win".
Some women go for married guys cause then they don't ever have to make a serious committment to a relationship - he is already "taken".
Some women go after a guy cause they really like him and have no respect for the fact that he is already in a relationship. This is pretty common.
All of these are pretty immature behaviours. Watch out!

You must resist as you'll not only be hurting your wife but everyone connected in your life if you get caught. It is possible to like someone when you're married but you don't act upon it.

She probably does yeah, so you should stay away from her. Would you really ever have a relationship with someone who has that kind of ethics? I hope not, so you're just looking at some extra sex.......well it ain't worth losing your wife over. well you should know the signs(if you know girls) but think about it , is it worth it to loose your girl for a one night stand . if you really like your wife dont do anything that you would'nt want your wife to do, cuz it works both ways remember that. that girl could just be trying to ruing your life.
