I'm currently a first semester freshman and I know that I've developed really poor eating habits and am not getting enough excercise. Part of that is due to not having healthy food to choose from at the dining hall, and part of it is due to stress and being very unhappy here. I'm transferring to a school near home next semester and am going to be living at home again, and would like to make a change in the way I eat/excercise. Any suggestions? Particuarily for losing fat in the stomach area, because that's where it's really hit me. Next semester I won't be eating school food, I am choosing to bring my own lunch everyday since it's a private college and already very expensive. Any healthy lunch ideas?

Yes, make sure you exercise a lot, but not so much that it stresses you out. Eat healthy stuff of course. Stay away from sugar as much as possible. I'm sure you can figure out yourself what is healthy and what is not. Eat at the same time every day so you get into habit (like breafast, lunch, and dinner). I hope this helps!
PS: It's good to eat a big breafast, and smaller lunch. It helps with school too! I'm not kiddin

Try starting out your day jogging. It is the best way to lose weight, and it makes you feel much better and much less stressed. It gives you a time to relax and think before you start your day.

It can also motivate you to eat healthier, but even if it doesn't you are working off the extra calories taken in by unhealthy food. When you start out your day with a physical workout, your metabolism tends to increase for the day.

Hope this helps!

Join the track team, soccer team, volleyball team, and softball team, then you will be really thin because of all the excerise you're getting.

I played baseball, football, basketball, golf and I haven't gained any fat just pure muscle.
