I mean, those organizations are just because people have nothing else better to do, and they foam in their mouths with hate.

Those organizations bring hate were there is peace between any races. We should take away the citizenship from the people who are in any hate organizations. Right?

I agree with you but looking back at the answers you have recieved I cant believe that people dont think that the minuite men are not racist. Hello they are targeting a single group of people. You may say no to that, they are against illegal immigration, but then why arent they building walls or taking stands in other areas that we see as a place for immigrants to enter this country? It is targeted at the Mexican border, so yes they are racist. About La Raza, I cant say for sure what you are talking about so I cant agree with you on that. Can you please tell us what group they are and what they are doing??

Not the Minutemen, they are only protecting America, by helping enforce the laws. Groups like La Raza, NAZI movements,MEChA, KKK, and Black Panthers are driven by hate. As much as I would like to see them shut down, to do so would do more damage then good. Freedom of speech is a right, and we can not have that taken away, or we become the very thing we have been trying to destroy.

They haven't banned the KKK yet, have they?

Once the KKK is banned, La Raza and Aztlan will be banned too. Completely racist entities...all of 'em.

Minutemen....that is another story. Until the US can enforce immigration laws adequately (which will never happen...we don't have the $$ or resources), minutemen will have a reason to be at the borders. Too much property is being destroyed by trespassers.

The government has no business banning any group. People have a right to assemble. It's guaranteed in the First Amendment to the Constitution.

The Minute Men are not racists. They look for ANYONE who sneaks across our border, not just a particular race.

In the USA even racist groups have freedom of speech. If speech you don't like is banned, then someone else can ban your speech if they don't like it.

They can't be banned. The Constitution guarantees certain rights, such as Freedom of Speech, and Freedom of Association. If they could ban certain groups, we would have banned the Ku Klux Klan a long time ago!

One of the things about living in a free country is that people have the right to do things that other people don't like. That by no means that these groups are anything but bad, but they have a right to exist even if I don't like it. Our country was founded by a bunch of guys with guns, and they based the government on, among other things, the right for guys to run around with guns. As long as they don't break any laws, the are legal.

To categorize the minutemen as a subversive hate group is wrong and devoid of fact's they are a militia "A militia is a integral part of a free and self governing democracy"! There use is supposed be as a hedge against government Tirane and suppression "another words the peoples army for liberty and freedom"!

No- we aren't some Third World toilet, where the first knee-jerk reaction is to "ban" groups we don't like. Besides the Constitutional ramifications, there are also the political and moral aspects, like for example, who gets to determine what's "racist" and "offensive". I wouldn't mind deporting all the illegals, though- that would erase certain organizations right off the bat...

PS

I'm good with stripping any foreigner of citizenship if he/she belongs to any pro-illegal groups...

The constitution guarantees the right to associate & peacefully assemble. And while you are banning hate groups, how about Act Up, ACLU, Greenpeace, & the Sierra CLub?

No, I believe in freedom of association, however, I certainly think the government should stop FUNDING La Raza with our tax money.
