what should the walls have on them? Furniture?bedding?

Is the room for a boy or for a girl? French provincial furniture, or modern is o.k. and of course the Eiffel tower and/or L'Arc de Triomphe on posters, fabrics and bedding. Some reproductions of the paintings by the french masters are good for the walls. Modern Parisian decor is light, airy, and very rich in vibrant, boold colors. Good luck!

Rasterbate an image of Paris (find one on google or yahoo image) to the exact diminsion of the wall. Rasterbating takes a very small image and makes it to whatever size you want, check out the link below it has the actual rasterbater and lots of images of other projects people have done. A black and white rasterbated wall image of Paris, the eiffel tower, or the champs-elysees would be amazing.

you could also go to home depot and buy a large wire rack for storage , like a large bakers rack, you can leave it silver or spray paint it the color of the eiffel tower (brownish)
Toile fabrics would be nice, however wallmart has some nice comforter sets that would match a rasterbated wall image. some ideas i have for comforter sets are.

basically keep it clean lines and let the wall image do the work for the theme. if you keep it clean and simple, then you should be able to pull off the Paris theme. A topiary would also be a nice touch. good luck!!

What ever you do settle on, no Paris is complete without the Eiffel Tower! So, at Target, about a year ago, I found a Wire Eiffel Tower table lamp in silvery-chrome, and it is a favorite piece for me still!
If they are not carrying it now, then try Ebay!

i don't know much about decorating but i saw a bedspread at delias.com that was "Victorian"... but i thought it was paris-y....
