Well being that Dinosaurs have been proven to exist (physical proof), and god has not, should clue you in.

The term dinosaur is a relatively knew term-late 1800's early 1900's. If you read the book of Job, the oldest book of the Bible, you will find that large animals the size of dinosaurs are indeed mentioned. Also, the book of Genesis mentions that God created "great sea creatures" and all of the "beasts of the earth" according to their kinds. Therefore it is rather a simple deduction that dinosaurs were indeed part of the creation.

Let's not forget that the Bible was written by mortal men. These men, though they may have been scholars in their time, had no knowledge of dinosaurs. Dinosaurs existed hundreds of millions of years before the people who wrote the bible. Dinosaur fossils were not discovered until the mid 19th century. The people who wrote the bible didn't know that dinosaurs had once existed. Shakespeare had never heard of radio waves, so he didn't write about them. They were all around him, but hadn't been discovered yet. Since they didn't know about dinosaurs in biblical times, it wasn't possible to mention them in the allegorical stories they were writing.

This is a good question. I have wondered about the scriptures of Geneses where it says the earth was with out form and void...then the Spirit of God moved on the face of the deep. Also the snake that God cursed for tempting Eve. That snake talked, and stood up right. It was very intelligent. Then it went on it's belly and ate dirt. So I have to wonder if that curse hit a lot more reptiles than listed. That's a fun one to talk about. Revelations has some creatures in it. Maybe it just has not stood out to persons yet and it is in the Bible.

OK I am not going to say anything about your spelling and grammar...although it's almost killing me not to.
OK dinosaurs are not mentioned in the bible because they are actual creatures that roamed the earth, while the bible is a large book full of fictional characters that many hypocrites love to misinterpret and re-write to their own liking.
You know, I asked a bible thumper of my acquaintance once how old the earth was and she said something like 6000 years. So I then asked her about fossils and Dino bones that have been proven to be millions upon millions of years old and she said...get this...she said (with a straight face) that god was "decorating the planet" Yet another ridiculous theory from a crackpot christian!! Please note that I do not think that all christians hold to the theory, but I do feel that the majority are cracked in some way.

why isn't Alexander the Great mentioned in the Bible?
For the same reason that Dinosaurs aren't mentioned... They have nothing to do with the history and culture of the Jews or the path of Salvation.

Dinosaurs are a more modern term - not from Biblical origins. The Bible throws them in with all the other animals mentioned between Noah's flood and Adam and Eve's eviction from the Garden.

People wrote about what they saw around them. Since the dinosaurs were long dead and gone, nobody saw them and therefore, did not write about them. Their bones were discovered after the bible was put together.
Just like there were no kangaroos, deep sea creatures, or penguins. They were discovered later and so not mentioned in the writings of the bible.

The word "dinosaur" was invented in 1840. In the bible, they called them dragons instead of dinosaurs.

Why would God want to confuse the b'jeepers out of a primitive society, when he just wanted to form a relationship with them?
Do you talk about dinosaurs on a first date?
