No, but I understand her concern. However, her body needs some time without that restriction so that blood will flow properly. Don't remember all the details, but my doctor told me something about circulation...

Eventually yes, but that won't happen for another 20+ years. She would be much better off sleeping without a bra. The 'girls' need time to breath and roam free. However, if she is having pain or discomfort trying to sleep, then she should invest in a good sleep / leisure bra, or get a sports bra 1 or 2 BAND sizes larger than she normally wears. Either of these choices will give her a little support, but still allow her breasts to breath, stretch and relax while she's sleeping.

No I don't wear a bra when I sleep because the girls need to breath sometimes! I honestly don't think it will have an effect on them sagging in the long run, being that most likely they will sag then whether or not I choose to wear a bra to bed. It's the inevitable!

No, gravity and time will make breasts sag regardless of whether she sleeps in a bra or not. I stopped wearing a bra to sleep back in college. It's just not comfortable and the bras wear out alot faster that way.

No, it's not true. Gravity makes them sag, which doesn't really matter so much when you're horizontal.
Also, many studies have shown that the more you wear a bra, the higher your chance of getting breast cancer. Some researchers believe that wearing a bra can limit normal function of the lymph nodes, causing blockages that can increase the risk of cancer.

Heck no I don't wear one to bed. That's dang uncomfortable if you have large-ish breasts. Breasts will sag no matter what you do, wearing a bra only delays the inevitable by a little bit. So wearing one to bed seems a bit over the top.

Noooo. If your bra has a wire (which most do) then its really bad to wear it the whole time because it cuts of your circulation and your more likely to get breast cancer :(
and boobs will sag anyway.

It is not true, if you don't wear a bra your whole life or most of the time they will sag, but they don't if you take it off every night. She probably feels more comfortable wearing one to bed.

I don't know about not wearing them at night but I do know that if women don't wear bras their breasts will sag --- I know many who don't wear bras and by their midtwenties or so their breast really sag and looked less appealing.... one can go without a bra at night --- if a woman wants to keep her bosom from sagging - she needs to do light weight lifting/resistence training/aerobics to maintain breast tone and ward off sag.

they do make sleeping bras/leisure bras that are for sleep/relaxing --- they provide light support and are very comfortable.

i don't but i'm not too sure when sleeping bra-less will make the breast sag. i only know if we don't wear a proper bra in the long run it will definitely make our breast to sag.
