He was supposed to be fighting on December 30 UFC 66 LIddel vs Ortiz. He wa on the fight card. But they took him off don't know why...

Not sure. According to mma weekly, it looks like he had some trouble with his Visa and they cancelled his appearance. They are trying to line him up for an upcoming PPV.
