If it's testimonial, then you start by writing about your family before you were born IF that has a bearing on how you were raised.

It sounds like you are attempting to write about you.

Sometimes when I wrote, I just started by making out notes. And then I worried about what's first, rewrite for context and content, etc.

You will have some embarrassing things in there if you are honest. Sometimes those things are the hardest to write about, but the easiest to remember!

I think you should take this one straight to the top. Just be careful. I got a bad connection once and ended up talking to the other guy. As to your book. Look on the net. There's a ton of vanity publishers that cater to Christians. You'll get a book alright, but it's going to cost you some dough. You'll see things like this: Read's good! Hallelujah! Great Story! Praise the Lord! Needs just a little polishing though. Buy our full editorial service for only. . . . .and so on and so on. The devil makes them do it!

Do some google research and maybe look for a book at your local Borders on Christian writing agencies. Do a little homework and see what the hot sellers are in Christian biographies.

For an example, you may want to try reading High Calling by Evelyn Husband. She wrote the story of her husband's life. (Rick Husband was the shuttle commander on Columbia's last mission. He's deceased - otherwise I'm almost certain he would have written his own.)

Start with your birth or when and why you started becoming a Christian. Talk about God and when you started interacting with Him.
