Fabulous question.
Its the same philosophy of first you fall & learn now not to fall or if you fall how to avoid serious injuries.
We first fall in love then you either realize how torturous it is or learn how to keep the love floating

That is a great question and I can share my experience .. What I have found is that you don't fall in love , you fall in lust or attraction.. the attraction helps you to want to get to know the person better. .Love grows.. I have learned that you have to seperate the heart from the head at times.. be logical, we often let emotions and hormones tell us that we are in love but that is why you see so much divorce and even teenagers in love one week and broken up the next week.. It is not love.. Love takes a tremendous amount of time and commitment and grows with getting to know someone over time.. Time is the key here.. I understand how you are feeling I have been there.. It is wonderful and it feels amazing but what you are feeling is infatuation and it fades .. Love won't fade.. Love will grow stronger.. love stands during the good and bad times.. I hope that helps a little bit.. You seem very wise to have already pondered this question.. Good Luck in your life.

Both. First you fall in love and then when you start getting to know them, you learn to love all that other stuff.

you lean to love when you are little. but i believe you fall in love. especially when you find that special person you want to be with. you can also learn to love a person when you have been around them or dating them for a long time, you like them at first but the more you get to know that person the more you learn to love that person for who they are.

"Love isn't a decision. It's a feeling. If we could decide who we loved, it would be much simpler, but much less magical."
I think as you learn more about the person...you fall more in love. That's just my opinion.

I'd say it works both ways. Think of all the people who have found their soulmate and have lived happily ever after, and think of all the people with an arranged marriage that have learned to love.

You Learn to LOVE..when youre a kid you Fall inlove when you grow up. (make sense) When youre a baby you learn who is always there, who you can count on if you ever get sick, who is going to feed you when you get hungry (your parents) you learn to Trust and Confide in them and you learn to love them. When you grow up you look for those same things in your parter, you want to feel security with them, and feel that he/she is going to take care of you. Once those feelings have been taken care of then you fall in love with them. ..That's what I think..
