Mexico will do nothing for its people, the country is so corrupted the only thing that will fix it is a revolution, and that will not happen unless the people are forced to stay there and make the change them selves, by allowing them to walk across the boarder we are robbing them of their countries natural evolution.

yes, corruption in the elite class of citizens has diminished any kind of middle class in mexico. the u.s. needs to initiate some sort of plan with mexico for this to happen.

You're absolutely right. They could make it easier for their own citizens to start their own businesses, and get revenue moving that way.
