I want to work on about everything-arms, abs, and thighs, I want to look great and I do some excercises but nothing is working fast enough to suit me, any quick ideas - no diet pills or anything like that please, and yes i watch what i eat, and i dont eat much

Not a whole lot of time I have heard of the Calf, diet you might want to look it up not to sure how safe it is but it isn't one that will last . Have you tried Fasting do it every other weekend not to heathy but it will work for you look at x mas
