Every things be goin great btw me and my bf. but every time he tells me he loves i freeze. its mainly becuz its a very strong word and i was dumped from a 1yr relation ship wit a boy a couple a months b 4. He thinks i don't love him which i do its just so embarrising and hard to explain what should i do?

Tell him what you told us. You're trying to figure out what the word "love" means when someone says it to you, and you say it back. You want to be honest, not hurt or be hurt. It's perfectly reasonable, and actually quite mature. Don't be shy.

Stop being haunted by bad experiences. You've FOUND someone new, haven't you? Why dwell on the past if it's that easily conquerable? If he says he loves you, go ahead and say it right back to him. If "love" is apparently that strong a word, just keep telling him and yourself that you love him, and eventually you'll come to believe it yourself.

Try talking to your boyfriend and tell him you want to move a little slower, but tell him your open to some things. Try getting to know what he wants and you want, and try taking things from there.
