It is best to throw it out. Please do not make guesses to what the pill might be for. Even if you do find out what it is, don't use it or pass it along to someone who needs it. You never know if it has already been in someones mouth or been tampered with. If you are on medication then you should familiarize yourself with what your medication looks like (just in case you drop it or if the pharmacy screws up). If you know it's not yours, throw it out. Unfortunately pharmacies have a No-Return policy even if they find out what pill it is or if it could help someone else.

The imprint 10 is for Mg per dose.
The drug itself is an appetite suppressant or "diet pill"
no value, throw it out.

Why? just do not take it .and just turn it in to pharmacy to dispose of. I suspect the ten is weight 10mg and the split is so one can take half if prescribed could be a barbituate or a cholesterol prescription

Why should we help you ID a pill that you found? Flush it down the toilet. It could be very dangerous to your health.
