im 14... 165 cm.. and 92 lbs..
i had a liver transplant 4 yrs ago, so i lost a lot of weight all the way down to 65 lbs..
im now 92 lbs.. am i underweight considering my trasplant?

No, you are not seriously underweight. Focus on being healthy. At your age your weight will often be a little off, up or down, you are still growing.
