Your belly will not be the first to go. You could see some weight loss and some toning in the legs and arms, and maybe slight slimmimg in the waist line but nothing profound. If you don't want to run then try fast pace walking or jumping rope.

Avoid sodas .....Do sit ups ....do not eat cheese or bread and have it in all the time remember that it is only a muscle
