When you fly for a long trip (like a 24 hour flight) Do they provide you with a meal or do you have to purchase on seperatly? I am going with a friend and will be flying for 24 hours and I need to know weather I need to bring some food or do they provide meals on the plane.

It depends on the airline. However the flight you describe sounds like a long haul flight and nearly all of those provide food. The best thing would be to ask your travel agent or the airline directly.

I would think that a 24 hour flight would supply more than one meal. Call the airline and ask them, then no one will have to guess.

Yes, they should provide you with a meal or 2. Should say on your itinerary or you can call the airline to check how many meals. But I always bring snacks of my own since plane food isn't that great.

Usually there is plenty of food.

Please don't wear a jogging suit on your journey.
