well just be convenienty going somewhere that he loves to go, and say hey you want to come with me. If he says no and he loves the place, he doesn't like you. But if he says yeah and is excited to go, your in.

Hmm... Be really sweet to him say hello then write him a note like this

From: (your name )
I heard a rumor from somebody said that you like me. I was just curious to know if it really is true ?
If your too shy to say it to my face you can wirte me a note back

maybe you could write him a note something like that. Or you could ask him if you could talk to him alone for a second and just ask him. "I have the feeling that you like me I'm not sure though is it true" But if you say it in front of his friends he might get imbarrased so whatever you decide I hope you the best of luck with it !!!!
