GARDEN VEGETABLE SOUP
Hands-on time: 20 minutes
Time to table: 1 1/4 hour
Makes 9 cups
6 cups broth (today I used Light Vegetable Stock)
Cooking spray
2 carrots, peeled and diced
1 large onion, diced
4 teaspoons garlic (from a jar or substitute four cloves minced garlic)
1/2 cabbage, chopped (or use a bag of slaw, the biggest chunks you can find vs the fine)
1/2 pound frozen green beans
2 tablespoons tomato paste
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1 large zucchini, diced
Bring the broth to a boil in the microwave. (This is a time-saving tip that can be skipped if there's no hurry.)
Spray a stock pot with cooking spray and heat on MEDIUM HIGH. Add the carrots, onion and garlic and cook for about 5 minutes. Add all the remaining ingredients EXCEPT the zucchini and bring to a boil. Cover, reduce the heat to MEDIUM and simmer for abot 15 minutes or until the beans are tender. Add the zucchini and cook until the zucchini are tender. Serve and enjoy!

You have a date in 3 days. Stop and think for a sec. Would this person have asked you out if they were not attracted to you the way you are now? Besides if your gonna lose weight do it in a healthy way so you can and will feel better about yourself.

cut caffiene, drink water, and do a core body workout to tone up the muscles in your trunk. Also, watch your diet and eat a varied, healthy mix to get your body the nutrients it needs... no alcohol either except maybe one glass with dinner.
Realistically be happy with where you are now and just take it slow. the guy will find the confidence in your self-image very sexy.
Rapid weightloss isn't good for your body, ideal is 3-4 pounds a week to keep healthy and keep it off.

Get over it. He'll either like you or he wont. A few pounds wont make any dfference. Wear an outfit you feel good in and be confident and self assured. If he doesn't like you for who you are and isn't attracted to you, so what. Boys are like buses. One comes along every few minutes.
