Do you think that it is wrong for someone to call you and tell you that they are on their way, but an hour later you call them and they are still not on their way?

It all depends on the reason why they are so late.........Regardless, however, that person should have the courtesy to call you and tell you that they will be late, as this will not keep you wondering and waiting.........

Believe me it has happened to me so much its unbelievable, but sometimes you gotta take the good with the bad. You will sooner or later grow with it or accept it and if you don't maybe you do not have a total understanding of this person.

Could be a family emergency came up. Give them the benefit of a doubt.

If it happens constantly then I would be suspecting of something, but if it was just a one time thing, I'm sure they have a good reason. If it does get to be quite often, then I would do some snooping.

It's rude, unless they have a very good excuse for not having left when they make the second call.
