How do one apply antiseptic cream together with the pimple cream?

Do we apply pimple cream ONLY AFTER we have apply the antiseptic cream?Will there be any negative reaction?
I have pus thus it means that the areas are inflammed...and it kept coming back so i bought antiseptic cream and thought of applying it before my daily pimple cream.

Forget all that , use Clean @ Clear . Its the only product you need to clear up your face .Fast . By Johnson @ Johnson .
