The mother gets tempted to leave the husband behind while living in a gated, protected community with a covetous guy who fixed and sold tractors and farm equipment, where they allowed more than one wife per man, because of the good food and shelter and security of the protected community. the father decides to go back for his daughter to force her to come basck only to find that she wanted to leave the Gaia Cult compound to avoid being sterilized
