I've never had this, ever, before.

This morning, It felt as if my jaw was bruised, the right sight of my jaw. Whenever I tilted it up or down, it hurt. Also, It hurts to swallow on my right side of my throat. What is this?

Could be strep throat, or an infection of one of the glands in your throat. Or an infected tooth. Go see a doctor.

Here's another possibility. It's called Temporomandibular Disorder, or TMD for short. The temporomandibular joint (TMJ) is where the mandible, the lower jaw bone, articulates with the temporal bone of the skull.

Here's a link to help you learn more about it.

The best person to ask when faced with any medical puzzle is your own doctor.

sounds like possible strep throat to me (if it is strep it will only continue to get worse over time, or to stay the same, but it will not go away), another sypmtom of strep is a fever. It could also be your tonsils acting up...I would highly recommend you go see your doctor as soon as possible.
