ok, so this question has probably been asked alot of times, but i wanna know which console is probably the best for me, what are some pros and cons for the new consoles (mainly the Wii and PS3), also i don't really like shooters that much, i'm mostly into rpgs, and action/adventure games, so i hope that kinda helps you.

RPGs ... Playstation. Xbox 360 is known for shoot'em ups and action games. The Wii looks like a family-oriented console featuring the best RPG of all (Zelda). Wait a few days until you can get to a store and sample the Wii, as the controllers are a new concept that you may or may not like. For RPGs, you cannot go wrong with the PS3.

You can get an Xbox 360 and a Nintendo Wii for the same price as a PS3. That's 2 for 1! Xbox 360 is the best, anyway.

Ask yourself are you a hardcore gamer or a guy who just wants to have fun once in a while? If your the latter get the nintendo wii, which has fun games, that aren't too gory and violent. On the other hand if your a hardcore gamer, go for the xbox 360 or the ps3
