Oh yes, for me the evening is when I really enjoy a great cup of tea. I have over 15 different kinds of tea and double chai spice and Earl Grey are my favorites. The morning and afternoon are my times for a good cup of coffee but if I am in a restaurant and the coffee looks bad, I will ask for a cup of tea instead.
The other times that tea is especially good is when you are sick. There is nothing like a nice hot cup of tea to make you feel better.
I look forward to a good book, logic puzzle or movie in the evening to sip my tea and I have collected bone china tea cups over the past 22 years to enjoy the taste. I really believe that tea and coffee taste better in a bone china tea cup as does food taste better on china vs. paper.
Good question and one that I have really enjoyed answering.

Yes, at my house there is always time for tea and there is usually a pot of tea. My fav is Earl Grey but I have tons of teas - loose teas - I do not use tea bags and I use only filtered water.

Sure there is always time for tea. You can have tea at anytime of the day if you so choose to. Tea isn't just for "Tea Time". You could have tea mid-day, morning or at night. You can make time for tea at mid-night if you want. Tea at anytime is a good time.
