Hi There

Here is the answer.

Hydration for Resplendent Skin
Nicholas V. Perricone MD - "We must drink eight to 10 glasses of pure water a day. Diet sodas and coffee don’t count, though I’m allowing tea (green or black) as part of the 8 to 10 daily glasses. When we decrease inflammation in the body, the brain works better, mood is elevated, skin becomes more radiant, dark circles and puffiness under the eyes resolve, skin becomes more toned, and even fine lines can diminish. We must remember that the skin is a reflection of our internal health. Therefore, if our skin improves, all other vital organs also improve. This decreases our risk of every disease from which we suffer." Nicholas V. Perricone MD, is the author of “The Wrinkle Cure.”

Batmanghelidji MD - "Drinking water enables the skin to better shed toxins and thus keeps it cleaner. When the skin is dehydrated it cannot shed toxins from the body and skin rashes or breakouts can occur. Use 1/4 tsp. of sea salt for every quart of water you drink. Use a good sea salt, one with at least 80 minerals, liberally with food. As long as you drink the water, you can use the salt. Some put it in their water, some lick it off their hand, some season their foods after cooking. It's up to you. Make sure you take potassium daily (banana, orange juice, etc) "

I am pretty sure that you know the reasons of dark circles under your eyes......just relax,do not take any tensions. It may be family problem or some office or work trouble you are in at the moment or may be it is some kind of relationship in which you not comfortable or whatever you know better.....If you are free from tensions you are bound to have a perfectly normal face. There is no other cure for this problem so you don't need to look for medication or to do any futile exercise.Overcome your problems and you will see the results in a fort night.

first a couple of things... do you usually have them or are they new? if you have had dark circles under your eyes for a while, sometimes that is a symptom of a b12 deficency... sometimes its just genetic... as far as masking dark circles under your eyes with makeup- use a yellow tinted concealer stick and it will counteract the appearance of the dark circles- there really isnt anything you can do to get rid of the circles if they are genetic...

bags, you can try the age old cold wet tea bags, they tend to reduce puffiness for a short time

Sleep and hydration will be the long term solutions. You can also moisturize the under eyes using a facial moisturizer or do the classic cucumbers on the eyelids.
For a temporary one day only fix, a dab of Preperation H on the undereye will cause the puffyness to go away some... do not use this every day though as it can lead to possible complications and health concerns.

Product wise, I would use Clinical Eye Lift. It not only delivers an instant lift, but gets rid of the dark circles and puffiness. I've used it for the same reason, and I love it.
