Once when I was in deep distress God answered my prayers. I wept with such gratefulness and wanted to give something back. I asked, "what can I give to show my thankfulness God. I have nothing to give that you do not already have. Then like warm honey being poured over me I was covered in His spirit and He said, " your tears are my gift."
What other gifts can we give to GOD????

I think God wants us to give of ourselves to others. If you lose "yourself", you start to realize that the world doesn't revolve around you. You look to be a positive influence to those around you, rather than negative.
I also think that God, like my human father, sometimes just wants to be recognized and talked to. (Is that asking too much?) I think that's why God created us....so that He could communicate and share all of His knowledge and creation with us.

Firstly to search for acurate truth about him, then puting that Godly truth into action in your life, then, also, to give of our precious, time to, proclaim his name, and tell. people about the Loving kind things he will bring about through that kingdom of course it all goes hand in hand with acquiring knowledge of him and of Jesus(John17:3) whom he sent forth! The biggest gifts we can give our loving Creator is our obedience to his will and thereby we put ourselves in line with God's free gift of everlasting life in his Paradise earth!
Those above mentioned things above are all gifts toGod that he apreciates!
