You can check the BMI. Your BMI is around 19. That's a bit low, you should try to gain a little more weight.
Here's what I entered:
Information Entered
Age: 14 years 1 Month Sex: Girl
Birth Date: October 17, 1992 Height: 5 feet 0 inch(es)
Date of Measurement: November 08, 2006 Weight: 97 pounds
And I got back
Results
Based on the height and weight entered, the BMI is 18.9, placing the BMI-for-age at the 43rd percentile for girls aged 14 years 1 Month. This teen has a healthy weight.
I don't know your birthday but your BMI should be around 19 which is healthy. However if you were 94 pounds, that would be considered underweight according to www.deathclock.com

You should check the cdc government out, it has a chart and everything...:D

Know if you need to lose weight

Health specialist use a measure called BMI, short for Body Mass Index. Body mass index (BMI) is a measure of body fat based on height and weight that applies to both adult men and women. This gives a good measure of your total body fat. BMI compares your height and weight. It shows if you are underweight, at a healthy weight, or overweight.

You know how many pounds are there in 1 kg. Do not know let me help you, it is 1 kilogram = 2.20462262 pounds. Check out what your BMI is by using the BMI calculator.

BMI Category
Below 18.5 Underweight
Between 18.5 - 24.9 Healthy Weight
Between 25 - 29.9 Overweight
Over 30 Obese

Look at the BMI chart to find out how much weight you need to lose to move from obese to overweight or from overweight into a healthy range. Knowing this can help you set a good weight loss goal.

Look at height-weight charts. Adjust them for your body build (muscular? couch potato?). I'm betting that 97 is on the light side (I know it is).

And, I think that women with a few extra pounds (just a few) are much more attractive than those who are underweight.
