Could be pleurisy, that usually affects only one side, but the pain would normally be in your chest. Could be a minor rib fracture. Could be a kidney or adrenal problem. When in doubt, see a doctor! That type of pain isn't "normal", and all pain is a symptom that something is wrong.

could be any number of things....gas usually doesn't get worse if you take a deep breath....but could be a rib fracture or something like pleurisy...which can be very painful...Call the doctor in the morning and go get checked. If it gets worse tonite or if you have any other symptoms like coughing blood etc. Go to the Emergency Room tonite

i would go to the emergency room..
last time that i happened to me.. my right shoulder was also in pain..
and everytime i breathed, i was in 1st grade, the calld an ambulance and the docs figured it was my appendix, when the cut in, they found a lot of blood bleeding from my liver, turns out i had liver cancer, and the tumor caused a blood vessel to blow...
so id get it checked out..

theres also an off chance its cramps?.. srry if your a guy, i dont remember if you had a picture. lol.

It's probably just gas, like everyone is saying. Try a little exercise (even just walking) to move it around and hopefully out. If you're still in any discomfort tomorrow, have your doctor check you out just to make sure it's nothing more serious!

It may be possible kidney stones. see a doctor to be sure! and hurry! if it hurts that bad when you breath< it may be very bad

that happened to me once and i ask someone i worked with( i worked at a physical therapy office) and she cracked my back and it seem to work...
