I really need to lose weight about 15-20 pounds. What kind of
exercise should i do?

Avoid white foods as they are high in carbs. Eat lots of raw vegetables. Eat 6 small meals a day to keep your metabolism going. Skipping meals causes your body to try and store calories.

Do aerobic exercise in 18 minute segments and don't eat for an hour following this. Bicycling, swimming, running, elyptical trainers are all good aerobic exercise choices.

Lift weights too. The more muscle mass you have, the more calories your body burns.

whatever fits your needs, some it's biking, running, swimming, or if you don't know try them all out
