You are the average size of most females these days. You probably only need to tone up a bit to achieve the look you are striving for. Walking, going to the gym, weight lifting, sit ups, these can all help in toning.

i wouldn't how 2 answer tat cuz im considered skinny, but if u think u r than u r, but tat gives u a low self-esteem. just do a some exercise and im sure u will look just the way u want 2 be.
i think u look between normal and fat.

Eat in front of a person rather than screen. It cuts down on mindless eating and forces you to more accountable for each chunk.

There is no real definition of fat that fits everyone. I for one am about 200 pounds overweight, however, I don't think of myself as fat, I think of myself as having more of me to love. Love yourself, don't get to calling yourself names, as that just makes you eat more, and then it defeats the purpose. If you believe you need to lose weight, then make an effort, otherwise, just live how you want to, and if someone comments, think of a comeback, such as I stated above, "At least my BF/GF has more to love".
