Mankind does think everyone should by its rules. The reality is that if we do not live by God's moral guidelines then sin brings forth destruction and sin will leads to death which will without a doubt destroy those who continue in sin without guilt or remorse. *(*

Not at all.
There are "rules" out there certainly; rules with consequences. Rules like "if you let go of something, it won't fly off into the sky".
The cosequences are neither reward or punishment.
They are just consequences.
We operate within those rules, not because a book says to, but because we cannot avoid operating within them.

God does not destroy us. Man destroys himself. God tries to save us from ourselves and sin of the world. Man in his arrogance and disobedience destroys himself, much the way a child who has been raised in a good enviroment might do when he wanders away from home and mingles with the wrong crowd. The parents don't destroy them, they destroy themselves.

Wow,I`ve never thought about that. You have a great point.I think. But would he?Really? You make it sound so brutal, like a video game or something. You have to think about the other side of the story.See, he wanted loyalty, so he needed to know if he had it. but your half right I guess. But only because it was harsh times then.

No, we destroy ourselves.
However, watch out for the judgement of motives error (fundamental attribution error)
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fundamental_attribution_error
Often, people attribute the consequences of people's actions to bad Karma, but often are wrong. Bad things also happen to innocent people, and good things happen to people who do bad things.

God wants us to live by our own freewill.
Do what you want to do. Don't live by a set of rules that you know will confine your thoughts to one area and obstruct your world view

Disagree.
Man makes rules, then tries to convince himself they are god's rules.
That's fine until he starts trying to convince *me* that they are god's rules.
