I have to agree, drink lots and lots and lots of water. Start w/ 2 glasses of water before every meal. What it does it fills your stomach up enough so you can still get some nutrition in there w/out too many calories. Water is way better than any drug and to top it off, its free and natural.

How much you eat realy isn't the question. The question is WHAT are you eatting? Whole grain breads will fill you up without putting on the pounds. If you eat fruits and vegetables and whole grain breads you can eat a lot and get away with it. Try eatting natural things like butter insted of margerine. Drink filtered water insted of soda (Especially stay away from diet soda). If you eat like this you will loose weight and eat without worring about being hungery. Exercize is a good help.
Get healthy.

Drink lots of water or coffee.
You could also eat something very low-cal like fresh zucchini, tomato, lettuce, spinach, or mushrooms.
