Very possible. From experience, I can tell you it is painful, hardly romantic. However, the condition is seldom fatal, usually passes, is assisted by ice/cold shower.

Got stuck? Unless he was about the size of your thigh- i HIGHLY doubt it. A womans insides have the ability to hold thinks 21 inches long and weigh up to 10 pounds, so unless he was built like a monster, then no- it is impossible.
HOWEVER- when i was young i saw a dog that was hit by a car while copulating with the female dog. they were stuck. the Animal control had to come and put them down. That was so sad....

Yeah it is, but at least that's all that happened. Ive seen people come into the ER with other items stuck(including a jar). Enjoy that image!
