What does it mean when a guy asks you if you can cook and clean and like children, and if there any diseases that run in your family? And if you are a virgin and whether you plan to work after you get married? Also he keeps bringing my mother flowers and going golfing with my dad. But he hasn't asked me on a date or anything, or even said he likes me.
Is he planning to go out with me or marry me or induct me into a cult or is he in love with my parents?
Because now he's starting to creep me out.

I don't blame you.
In my opinion, this fellow seems more than just a bit odd. It's almost like he's evaluting if you're marriage material before the first date occurs, which is something I've never even heard of before.
I would just ask him what his intentions are. In this situation, I'd want to know what he was up to before things went any further. Because you're not dating him, his questions are odd, if not out of line.

Ok, yeah I'd be a little creeped out to.
I think it's:
Whether the guy likes you and asks you all these questions to know if you're the right person for him, and is trying to win your parents trust and consideration.
Or, this person is really messed up and as you said likes hanging with your parents, and then asks these stuff maybe to just make conversation.
But I find that a little crazy, so I would go with the first one.

Once he has "sized" you up, gained your parents acceptance - next the BIG question - the proposal ! I hope you like (love) him - if you don't have those type of feelings for him, DO NOT MARRY him. He's trying to get to know your family first I suppose. Trying to get your parents to like him, and he probably prefers you stay home, rather than going out to work if you were to marry him. but he sounds like a creep to me, I don't think you should even date this guy.

He is probably trying to impress your parents and go out with you ending up getting married having kids according to questions he asked.

Sounds like he may be interested in you and is trying to get to know you and your family, but if he creeps you out I'd follow my instinct and stay away from him. Your instinct is usually right.

I'd be scared if a guy is asking me those type of question and hanging out w/my parents...(that's just plan weird). I say find a way to get him out of your family/your life....he might be a stalker!

Could it be you are too pretty and he is afraid of the FINAL rejection ?

Depends on where you are I guess, in some parts of the world this may be normal. Perhaps he grew up with a foreign idea of courtship. I would let him hang with your parents all he wants and live your life. :)

Sounds like he wants to ask you out or something, but I agree...he creeps me out to, and I don't even know him. If he is this weird when you're NOT dating him, it can only get worse...lol
