Well anything that he wants to do, so that he is happy and fulfilled.
But when I was younger and more immature, I always thought it would be cool to be married to a carpenter or a landscape gardener - someone that works with his hands, doing something practical.

I would hope that my future husband would have a mind of his own and not rely on others for something as serious as this. Most of all I would want his happiness and for him to do what makes him happy and whatever interests him.
