im 13 years old and although that may seem really young, trust me, i dont look like it at all. im around 5'4" or 5'5" tall. weigh about 125-126 pounds. wear a 36a-32b size bra. and i feel fat. but then i think about how im a S in all clothing and sometimes XS, size 0-2 in pants/jeans, sometimes 3 but those are baggy and yet i still feel like i need to loose 20-25 pounds. is it a psychological problem or am i really just overweight? i have no idea what to do and it drives me insane because im always worrying about it.

I'm about your same size, but I'm 24. I always feel fat too.
But it's more that I don't have many flattering clothes for my build.
Try researching body types and find clothes that suit your body.
It will help, I promise.

Know if you need to lose weight

Health specialist use a measure called BMI, short for Body Mass Index. Body mass index (BMI) is a measure of body fat based on height and weight that applies to both adult men and women. This gives a good measure of your total body fat. BMI compares your height and weight. It shows if you are underweight, at a healthy weight, or overweight.

You know how many pounds are there in 1 kg. Do not know let me help you, it is 1 kilogram = 2.20462262 pounds. Check out what your BMI is by using the BMI calculator.
http://www.cdc.gov/nccdphp/dnpa/bmi/adult_BMI/english_bmi_calculator/bmi_calculator.htm

BMI Category
Below 18.5 Underweight
Between 18.5 - 24.9 Healthy Weight
Between 25 - 29.9 Overweight
Over 30 Obese

Look at the BMI chart to find out how much weight you need to lose to move from obese to overweight or from overweight into a healthy range. Knowing this can help you set a good weight loss goal.

You have a BMI (for adult-- see below for more accurate reading based on your exact age) of 21. 19 to 24 is normal but people look best at 19 or 20. You could drop dowm to 110 pounds and have a BMI of 20. If you are happy where you are and do not want to lose weight, you can claim you are normal weight. But if you want to lose weight and look better that is OK to. First take 5 minutes to read advice for teens then cllick on home page for losing weight.

Lose bodyfat and retained water which also makes you a lot fatter (bloated). Links page has gov. BMI calculater to find out just how much overweight you are (teens plug in your age to compare to others your age). So it sounds like you are at a very healthy weight. You are probably right it is psychological and stress and peers/ media influence. @ least you are seeing it now before it becomes a problem. Talk to a counselor, your doctor, your mom. Or if they have a peer mediation type program @ your school it may be helpful as well.

You're weight is perfect for your height. You have no reason to need to lose weight and it sounds to me like you are insecure about yourself in a general sense.
Are there other things you feel you would like to change about you? I am wondering if it has more to do with low self esteem? How is your social life? Friends? Family?

It is a psychological problem honestly. You're not over weight at all and your size is 0.
Get a therapy to accept your body.
