Even if you removed the population of the planet down to 2 people of the same denomination and all their survival needs were met, there would STILL be problems...! Evil exists...

You are implying that atheists and agnostics are not religious but they are. All religions except for the one true religion are based on skepticism or rejection of the true supreme deity; this includes atheism which is a total rejection of all things divine and agnosticism which is a rejection of specific personally observed or known religious doctrine. Both beliefs are built on skepticism.
Regardless, the earliest religious people accepted that all gods were some form of powerful being, except that one was most likely supreme among them. Thus different people chose different gods to follow. Ultimately only one during ancient times prevailed, the God of the Israelites and the Patriarchs. But since then others have been created, mostly for power and oppression (such as Hinduism and Islam).
The most basic form of religion is occultism (recognizing a divine power that exists in the world), from that comes spiritualism (belief that this power is transcendant of the world of men though not necessarily the universe), then deism (belief in an impersonal supreme creator or partially interactive creator), finally theism (belief in a personal supreme deity). These will all exist until the end of man.

No I think the other religions would learn from each other, I like hearing what Islam says about things because it can be pretty deep.
Each religion has different thoughts about things but if you look real close at it they are very similar also.
If it was just religious people here we could learn alot from each other, even the reason we disagree and possibly be able to find a middle ground that we can both agree on.

While I do not believe that atheists and agnostics create problems among religions, the answer is ...... there will *always* be problems among religions! Get rid of religion and get into GOD.

Ever hear of 'Bloody Mary' queen of England persecuting the Protestants because they weren't Catholic? How about Catholic France forcing Huguenots to either convert or flee? How about the Spanish Catholics forcing the Moors (Islam) out of Spain?
Somehow I think religion would still have plenty of problems 'playing nice' even if no atheists or agnostics were around.

There would certainly still be problems. Even if you removed all religions except 1 there would be problems because they can't even agree with others of the same religion.

Of course.
At least, there would be problems among people who
1. Inist that their way is the only true way
2. Insist on telling everyone else this, all the time

No sh*t dumbass. The problem among religions is that they can't put aside their minor pointless differences, and accept that the major dogma of all religions is to treat everyone as you would like to be treated. The more atheists you have, the less people you have fighting those religious wars.

Absolutely. Just have a look at the Old Testament. The pagan and the "chosen people" were waging war against one another thousands of years ago.
