Go to your desktop. Right click and select "Properties". Then with the new screen that pops up go over to "Appearence". Now this differs depending if you have windows XP or not. If you do click "Advanced" then select "Active Title Bar" from drop down menu. If you do not have windows XP select "Active Title Bar" from the first drop down menu. Then just change the font and size to what you want. You can personalize your computer with other options from the drop down menu.
Hope this helps!
