There are no other Gospels that weren't included in the Bible.
There are numerous heretical, gnostic "gospels," which as Paul says, "...a different gospel, which is not really another one..." (Galatians 1:6-7)
These pseudepigraphia have been completely discredited, and they add nothing of value to the Christian walk. Most were written several generations, or even centuries, after the original Gospel writers died.

There is a popular book out called The Lost Books, which shows the history of each book, as well as the text of each.

Look up the "Nag Hammadi Library" on-line. Also if you read Elaine Pagels's book "Beyond Belief" It talks about that.

Many were supposedly burned by the Catholic church as the chosen books were incorporated ? This would not surprise me although I wasn't there.
