They’ll definitely help you, and you could also read other people’s experiences on losing weight.

That is "over weight" depending on how tall you are - if you are under 6 5" then yes - stick to proteins lower your carbs and join a gym or free weight loss clinic. You have the metabolism of young age so take advantage!! It will be easy if you put your mind to it. Even walking around the block everyday for a few months should do it!!! GOOD LUCK!!!

dont let anyone tell u to take any kinds of diet pills or some kind of drugs because that will just hurt you and not help at all.
what will help you is:
1. Excersize daily ( just jump around in one place for a few minutes everyday if you cant run, then start running 4-5 times a week).
2. NEVER EVER EVER eat McDonalds or BK or any fast food.
3. Drink lots of water which will make u want to eat less. and make you more healthy
4. eat more vegetables and fruits than meat/bread/candy/
i hope u really try to stop eating fast food, which is killing millions of people from obesity and other disseases.

Nothing that can be said on Yahoo can be positive for you. You must see a doctor because going on a diet must be moderated for you because of your age. Please seek professional help. IF you are overweight the doctor can guide you in what you can do to loose weight and not lose the nutrients your body needs to mature.

mysterio.... i dont think your helping =\. anyway NEVER skip meals it will actully make you crave for food.... do regular exercise like walking to and from school. skip for a new minutes join a sport team it could be squash,rock climbing something that will go all year round. also for us to judge you need to tell us your height and if ur male or female.
Before you eat breakie,lunch or dinner eat an apple it will help soak up the oil and it will help improve your skin aperrance

Dude, ur overweight. You should try dieting and exercising. Don't starve your self but diet. Go to the doctor and ask. You are setting you self up for diabetes, a heart attack, high blood pressure and much more.

join a swim place or a sport .If you like football they make you run alot .I knew a boy could never run by the end of the season he could run all the way around the field!
