There is a puzzle adventure game I want to order to play, but it contains some of voodoo stuff such as tarot cards and ouija board. This game is mostly focused on puzzles, including sliders and memory games. It was rated the best one, so is it harmful to play this game because of voodoo?

well, maybe. are you superstitious? are you easily frightened by your own imagination? easily influenced by suggestion? do you have a weak mind?

if so ... stick to Parcheesi or Trivial Pursuits.

That depends, are you schizophrenic? Or overly prone to suggestion?

This is the same as asking if you shouldn't play a video game because it causes people with epilepsy to have seizures.

Then again most people go along with whatever the TV tells them, and that "Stay Alive" movie was about that exact thing. The ghost of a Voodoo witch in a video game was able to kill its players. The premise was that because they had to read the ritual that drew them in in the intro to the game it made them vulnerable to her spirit.

Not a very good movie. God is a lot more powerful than any silly cards or earth spirits... you were created in his image.

As long as you don't let your imagination lead you to do harmful things, you will be just fine.

By The Way: Voodoo is just a religion, Hoodoo is the actual name for such black magic. Something anyone from the Deep South knows and the clowns who made "Stay Alive" didn't even bother to research. They could have made that cheesy movie SO much better... *sighs*

ouija board and tarot are nothing at all to do with voodoo ( which is an african witchcraft type thing )
ouija board is nothing more than a toy itself ..
and tarot cards are just cards with pretty pictures ., it is the people using them that are psychics ( i do them myself ) ... so the cards are as safe as playing cards
just play your game and forget about silly superstitious nonsense ... have fun

No. Voodoo is a pseudo-religion, and it cannot hurt you any more than Christianity can.

What is the name of the game? It's probably harmless.
