At the beginning of last week I got the worst case of the flu. I could not eat, sleep, and all the joints in my body hurt. That was Monday. Wednesday I started to develope Strep throat and was still dealing with the flu. I did not go to get any meds until thursday but that was just for Strep. On late thursday night I started to have some cramping pain in my low back on both sides (maybe kidney area). Friday and work I had some very little trouble breathing and still having pain in my sides. I took the meds for strep and pain goes away. I am still having pain in sides and what can someone tell me as to what it might be? I am also having pain in my low abdomen. Is it from flu, strep? What. I don't like going to doctors because most time they don't know what to tell you? Someone please help!!

Hi There

Pain in the body is the indicator that you have an issue to deal with. Sounds simple, but people don't deal with pain. We are conditioned to take a drug and the pain will disappear, but the actual issue will not. That is what people don't understand (including doctors). Suppression (taking drugs) of any symtom of the body causes it to take the next issue with your body to a bigger problem. Suppress enough headaches, then you have migraines, suppress those and you have a disease, suppress that and you have a cancer, ect. Same story applies for any issue.

I have been educating people for years and if you are sick you need to detoxify the body by letting it rest for at least a week. Eat fruits and veggies (live foods) for a week (better yet juice them) and you will feel better before you know it. ALso good to do a colon cleanse because the toxins in the body hang out there and when people dont have regular bowel movements (30 minutes after each meal), the toxins get in the blood and illness and disease occur.
You are probably dehydrated from being sick and that and stress is what causes back pain. Be sure to drink at least a gallon of distilled water a day. More tips please email me.

Best of health to you

Cheers

It's not the cigs, though the drinking could be causing it or even more likely the hangover cures. What is also possible is that you injured yourself while you were partying and don't remember it or that you pulled a muscle in the same fashion. If the pain persists, is severe or you develop other symtoms see a doc ASAP. Could be internal bleeding, appendix, or other very serious issues. Oh to one of the other answerers. Being obnoxious and an al retentive is far worse for your health than smoking. I'll live longer than you Pbbbt.

you need to drink plenty of fluids, see a doctor for a prescription, sounds to me you may have a UTI (urinary tract infection), this starts off as pain in lower back sides where your kidneys are located and within a few days of not being treated, urination will be extremely painful, will feel like you have to pee very couple of minutes, and it may look like your peeing blood. Go see your doctor asap!

After treatment make sure you drink lots of water and juice with high acidity levels (oj, cranberry, apple) and a product called AZO also works well

It could be that you have kidney stones. See a doctor and get a CT scan done. It will tell you whether or not you have kidney stones.
