You must be a walking talking miracle! If you had overdosed on 30 aspirin 11days ago and didn't seek medical treatment you wouldn't be here asking this question. If you actually did than a miracle did occur!
Salicylates are found in aspirin. Initial symptoms would be gastrointestinal irritation, fever, and vomiting, possibly with blood in the vomit. This overdose would cause metabolic acidosis and respiratory alkalosis, conditions where the body's acid/base balance malfunctions. Symptoms include rapid heart beat and fast breathing. Nervous system symptoms include confusion, hallucinations, tiredness, and ringing in the ears. An increased tendency to bleed is also common. Serious complications include acute renal failure, coma, and heart failure. Acute salicylate poisoning can lead to death if immediate medical care isn't provided.
While many victims of drug overdose recover without long term effects, there can be serious consequences. Some drug overdoses cause the failure of major organs like the kidneys or liver, or failure of whole systems like the respiratory or circulatory systems. Patients who survive drug overdose may need kidney dialysis, kidney or liver transplant, or ongoing care as a result of heart failure, stroke, or coma. Death can occur in almost any drug overdose situation, particularly if treatment is not started immediately.
Hopefully this information will make you think twice next time about making statements like the one above; it's not amusing. Hopefully it will stop you if you ARE thinking about taking an overdose of something. If you are contemplating suicide then you need help. Talk to somebody; a trusted friend, family member or best of all a therapist. Life can be harsh, but death isn't an answer it is a copout. We all have a reason for being here, may God help you to find yours.

You have to be checked by a doctor to see if all of your internal organs are still working OK. An overdose of 30 aspirin is a serious thing. I urge you to see a psychiatrist. If you are depressed to the point that you would make a serious suicide attempt, you need antidepressant medication in addition to counseling.
I urge you to do this right away. I not only used to work for many years as a R.N. on a psychiatric unit but I have had Major Depression for the last 6 years. My depression is caused by my having become physically disabled at 57 y/o and divorced by my wife at 58 y/o. Also I am in constant and sometimes severe pain.
Antidepressant medications have helped me tremendously! There is no need for you to continue to feel so bad.
God bless you.

I think you should see a doctor right away. I don't think you are going to die from this, but obviously it was not good for you. Also I think it would be important to talk to a counselor or someone you trust about your feelings. I'm so sorry that you feel so down that you felt you had to overdose. I hope you feel better soon - I really do.

That is sad, why would you want to die? No it will not kill you but it can mess up your stomach pretty bad. You need to let someone know that you are feeling so desparate! Please before you end it, there will be better days and you really need to look at it that way, there is a wonderful reason for you to be here, look and i bet you will find a lot of reasons to be alive. It sounds like you are a little worried that maybe 30 aspirin would kill you. That is your first clue that you really don't want to die. Reach out to those that you trust and find a therapist and discuss your heartaches. YOU ARE WORTH LIVING FOR
GOD BLESS AND LOOK FOR HAPPINESS!!!!!!!!

No, but you may have badly damaged or ulcerated your stomach among other things. Get help right away, physical and mental. Good luck.

probably not, though I wouldn't try it again to see if it will kill you...if you haven't died yet, you most likely won't...it's been a week or two since the 7th. You should go to a physician to see if everything is okay though.
