I've used this site before when getting my haircut. But be warned that if your stylist is not familiar with the techniques used by Japanese stylist, you will not get the result you want. I've been to different stylist causcasion, chinese, koreans.. but i must say, I had the best luck with Japanese stylist when getting my hair cut.

It's all simply a matter of personal preference. I actually have short hair and guys just like it. And i prefer a guy with short hair over a man with long hair because long hair tends to make guys look also girly.

long hair is nice but requires upkeep and u have to grow it out for a long time

i say that you get the bottom cut even and take your bangs and have them fade into your hair then get long layers
