our windows are only about 10 feet apart. how should i react when we make eye contact? wave? i don't want to look like a perv and or make her close the blinds?

my girlfriend and i share a place. she knows that. she can see us as well but with clothes. we both enjoy looking. we keep are blinds open also.

What is this Hustler magazine? It sounds to me like you are struggling with the 'right' thing and 'wrong' thing to do.
I hate to break it to you, but I think you ARE a perv looking for permission to be one!
Also, I doubt very much that your girlfriend enjoys looking, I think you might be exaggerating a bit (alot?) there. Therefore, I think you should close the blinds.
If you are living with your girlfriend, it can't be too good for your relationship if you are looking at the nude neighbor. Incidently, it doesn't matter what the neighbor is 'trying to do', she could be on crack for all you know. Avoid her if you want to keep your girlfriend.

Both acts are bad manners, one is illegal. How does it go again? Oh yeah, 'Idiots shouldn't live in glass houses'. (I changed it a bit, but it sounds right). How does the other go again. Oh yeah, 'Two wrongs don't make a right'. Obviously the idiot gets turned on by bugging you and showing your indignation by rock tossing proves to him that he is successful. So, what to do. Have a male his own age, one he knows, talk to him about being less of an exhibitionist. If he refuses to heed the advice, call the police, file a complaint and keep it up to create a record for the cops. The cops may very well get him to stop because idiots that behave that way are generally too stupid to know what to do with decent people. (It just ain't 'in 'em'). ;-)

Put a camera on a tripod and park it in your window where your neighbor can see it. You don't have to have film it it, it's the thought that counts. Let her see your camera aiming at her and see what she does. That should tell you all you need to know.
As an alternative, the next time she is parading around and you make eye contact, point in the general direction of her front door, then run out and ring her door bell. This should also tell you what you need to know.

Do you have blinds? Would it make you feel as though you were being forced to close yourself up in your own home if you closed the blinds?
Look up the number of your local police station. There should be a general-information number. Call this number and ask where you would report this sort of thing. Even though she is doing this in her home, if she is doing this on the side of her house which faces the street it could be construed as indecent exposure (I think).

If she's making eye contact with you while she's nude, and does nothing to dress and/or shut the blinds it sounds like she's kind of an exhibitionist and enjoys it. Ask yourself, are you a voyeur? If you enjoy her nudity, and she's aware that you're looking....well, it sounds like a perfect situation. If you're uncomfortable with her nakedness, and openness to you viewing her nude, shut your blinds. It's a subtle but effective hint.

LOL!!! If she knows you see her, she obviously wants you to. Wave at her, see if she waves back. If she responds badly, keep your blinds closed on that window. If you see her in public, let her know that you feel uncomfortable. Tell her you don't want to seem like a perv, but you can and do see her naked on a regular basis.

Oh my gosh, if she is trying to make eye contact with you, then you know what that means. If you or she is married, then don't have anything to do with her. She has no shame, so it is up to you. Close your blinds or purchase curtains to keep her shameless actions away from you. If your wife sees it(if your married) You need to tell her and then she can go to your neighbor and let her know she disapproves of this. She is trying to get you to sin. Who knows what she has and if she is an older women. She has probably been around the world. Don't even go there !

Well, you and your girlfriend are all in agreement, so if you like it I love it. There is no way she does not know that with the blinds open and her lights on, at night everyone within range can see in her windows. However, this is perversion, voyeurism! God bless****
