Use 40 volume peroxide. You may need to get it at a beauty supply shop, typical drugstores only carry 20 volume peroxide. If your hair has alot of red undertone you may never get your hair totally white.

Hydrogen peroxide (aka developer) on my own won't lighten hair ok, with the aid of fact of its acidic pH point. It has for use with an alkaline source to offer a chemical reaction with the colour dye and the pigment contained in the hair strands to lighten hair. playstation peroxide out of the medicine cabinet will do little or no, it lightens very progressively so which you likely wont even see a transformation precise away or whether you do it for some circumstances. I propose going to Sally's attractiveness grant and choosing up a bleaching kit it might possibly no longer value too plenty and it promises you a greater effective seem than brassy yellow!

Peroxide will work...the more concentrated it is the more it will bleach, but it's bad for your hair. The .03 percent stuff you get for cuts and scrapes won't do anything. You don't want to get it on your scalp.

Best to go to a beauty supply store and buy hair bleach. You want to remove the colour right? That will do the trick and turn it white.

first of all what color is your hair now?if it is dark there is no chance of peroxide doing much of anything.the answer to getting hair as light as possible is off the scalp bleach with a developer strong enough to lift the color as many levels as it has to. the lighter your hair is before you start the less amount of color needs lifted out of your hair.but if you have color already remember that color will not lift color.in other words haircoloring will not work on already colored hair when it comes to lightening. your best bet is bleach with a toner. it isnt something you should try to do yourself at home.you should deffenitly have a professional hair stylist do it for you. it is not a quick or easy process.most people almost always end up with eaither orange or extremely gold spots all over their hair when they try to do it on their own.and then you have to go to a salon to get it fixed and it costs alot more money for a stylist to fix a mistake that they didnt make because it is then considered corrective color. VERY SALTY.

peroxide probably wont get your hair white. You can try bleach but I dont recommend it.
If you dont go to a salon to do it, I suggest going to a beauty supply store (like Sallys, I dont know if they have one in your town) and asking the clerk what to get.

Trying to lighten your hair is tricky, i really think you should go to a salon to get it done. Salon staff have had years of experience and know how to avoid problems. If you really want to try and do it yourself, you could read this article on bleaching. Good luck
