Some people have wanted Bush to fail so badly that they've called every success a failure. In any group there are a certain number of cowards. Some Americans do not appreciate or remember that their own freedoms were bought with the blood of volunteers.

The whole purpose of invading Iraq was to dethrown Sadamm Hussain. That's already happened, so why would we still be over there? We lose more and more soilders each day. Men and women in their prime, youthful years are dying for what? Hope that gave you an aspect of why people might believe that. Bush has done positive things as a president, but some of his larger mistakes overshadow the good things. It's easier to see the negative side of things then the positive. Hope that helped.

I think some people are upset over it because so many have been dieing, it's been a long time since we've participated in a war where the cost of lives lost has gotten so high, some people joined the military never expecting to see any action so this now comes as some twisted turn of fate that they maybe never really mentally prepared for. (Some joined long before these most recent events were taking place.)
I understand some people still being upset over the lack of findings on weapons of mass destruction, I for one am not upset over that just because they didn't succeed in finding them doesn't lead me to ultimately rule out the idea that they did exist, but they did in fact find evidence of crimes against humanity and if you think about it we have a history of fighting for the rights of those who can't for themselves to spare them from dictators and horrible deaths. (Don't mistake this for a callous lack of caring for those who are losing their lives or loved ones I do care I feel for those who experience any loss in this but I am proud and grateful for those who serve our country.) I also think that some people are upset because the way this came about and the 'evolution of the manhunt for terrorists that crossed the borders and went after Saddam Hussein' I think some people may see this as our President finishing his fathers original fight and or agenda. But I say if that was the case so be it, it is still serving the needs of people that were living in such conditions and fear.

Probably because our troops are fighting a war that has no clear objective. War on terror ... then why are we worried about securing their elections, what do we care if they have a democracy. They are in towns that are 2.5 million strong full of people who HIDE to kill them, who smile and talk to them during the day and at night RPG them. And these brave soldiers (one of which is my husband on his 2nd tour) , DO voluntarily sign up... so people like you won't get drafted. GO 1ST CAV!!

The purpose of the military is to follow orders, period. Equipment and manning is up to Congress not the President. Bush isn't killing our troops insurgents are.

Because apparantly some people don't realize that sometimes war has to be to get things done and keep us safe. It doesn't matter what they think though, they aren't the ones fighting it. Just ask the troops most of them are glad to be there defending their country.

Because we are fighting a war that we cannot win unless they drop the BIG ONE. That war will not end until the world comes to an end, They have been fighting over there for 3,000 years. Do you really think America is going to stop them?

They're mad because they're a bunch of brainwashed communists.
Did you know that since the war started, we've lost more troops to natural causes then to the war itself?

Iraq was totally unnecessary, which makes Bush responsible for the entire screw up and all the resulting deaths. Bush is a murderer, plain and simple.
