Yes, Somewhere along the way some people have been misled about the 10 Commandments...They are not unforgivable sins..everyone has and/or will break one or all of them. All we have to do is repent (admit we were wrong, ask forgiveness and make an honest effort not to do it anymore...
Where does this belief come from? I had a friend tell me he would never be in heaven because he had broken one of the 10 commandments...God knew when he created them we are not perfect, they were meant to show us our sin so we could repent.

Some people have the wrong view of what the word repent means.
Repent- To change your way of thinking
God will always forgive if you ask for it. But you have to want to change nd at least try to be a better person.

1 John 1:8 If we say we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us. 9 If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.
If you have been born again by God's Holy Spirit then all of your sins have been paid for, past, present and future.
Hebrews 10:10 And by that will we have been sanctified through the offering of the body of Jesus Christ once for all. 11 And every priest stands daily at his service, offering repeatedly the same sacrifices, which can never take away sins. 12 But when Christ had offered for all time a single sacrifice for sins, he sat down at the right hand of God, 13 waiting from that time until his enemies should be made a footstool for his feet. 14 For by a single offering he has perfected for all time those who are being sanctified.
Romans 8:1 There is therefore now no condemnation to those who are in Christ Jesus, who do not walk according to the flesh, but according to the Spirit. 2 For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus has set me free from the law of sin and of death. 3 For what was impossible for the law to do in that it was weak through the flesh, God did by sending His own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh, and concerning sin, He condemned sin in the flesh, 4 so that the righteous requirement of the law might be fulfilled in us who do not walk according to the flesh but according to the Spirit.

If you truly repent then I guess he will forgive. He loves us remeber he gave his only son to us to die for our sins and if you beleive you'll be saved. the greatest about Jehovah is he gives us many chances but that may run out causae who knows when he'll come. He's given me somany chances and each time i'm thankful and sin is pretty and all around and i somehow fall prey but i hope he continues to save me and one day I will be strong and resist temptation.

I'd assume yes. If you believe in God, and you're sorry for what you did, then why wouldn't God forgive you?

Absolutely! God forgives us easier than we forgive ourselves sometimes. As long as we are truly sorry, we will be forgiven - doesn't matter when in life you sin.

Jesus dies for all of our sins. All you have to do is believe that and go forward being the best person you can. Sometimes is harder to forgive yourself.
