Open the driver's side door and look on the door jamb or check the manual. Do NOT look at the tire to find out what the pressure should be. As for the tires, it all depends on the type of vehicle you are driving and the weight of that particular vehicle. If you have the same tires on a 2006 Camry and a 1999 Camry, the pressure is probably going to be different for each car since they probably don't weigh the same. You have find out what the proper pressure is for YOUR car.

go with the maximum pressure printed on the side of the tire (usually 35 psi). You will give up some ride comfort but your tires will wear much better (longer) and the car will be much more secure in corners. Make sure that the pressure is measured cold (not driven). If you drive more than a mile, go with the hot pressure (typically 3 to 4 psi above cold). So if your tire is 35 psi max pressure, drive over a mile and go with 36-38 psi, they'll be fine (the pressure will drop as the tires cool).

30-32 is always a good start, but you should check your manual or there should be a sticker on the driver door jam. The tire sidewall will show a pressure of 35, but that is the maximum, not always the recommended pressure.

look on your drivers door jamb or on the door of your glove compartment.
28 or so for the older models pre 90 or so up to 32 for the newer cars
the heavier the car, the higher the pressure

I'd say whatever the manufacturer recommends. Look on you driver side door, near the door latch. And I'm assuming stock tires/rims here.

The answer to your question is on the tire itself. Look on the tire sidewall and it will tell you. If you have regular tires most tire pressure is 32 psi.
