I have it every night, and I dont have the money to buy the cd therapy thats offered on the net and my insurance is limited on the group therapy sessions, though Im still working on it, How can I get thru tonight? Ive been up for 3 days and im getting very out of it.

=it is all anxiety related and it must be terrible for you and I am sorry but if yon click the ink below it will talk about anxiety and maybe it will bee of help to you. I would speak to a doctor about this because a simple,, non-addictive medication just might be the answer for you. The leader 0f your group therapy should be able to send you to the right person and you are Lucky to have health insurance. Best wishes.

Ask your doctor for some trazadone. It seems that there is something going on with you that is making it difficult for you to sleep. It could be depression. Not sleeping (or sleeping too much)is one of the classic signs. When you go without sleep for a long period of time, your body will become fatigued and you actually can begin to develop some hallucinations or delusions.
Get some psychiatric help

If it's not insomnia but fear of sleep as you suggest I'd really want to talk it over with an MD
